LCCRSF's Protecting Racial Equity initiative provides legal tools, training, and free direct legal support to help nonprofits and small businesses sustain equity work in an evolving legal landscape. Launched in response to legal threats following the U.S. Supreme Court's Students for Fair Admissions decision, the initiative has trained more than 220 community organizations and 45 foundations, and created a legal clinic model now being adopted by partners across California and beyond.
California-based organizations may apply for free legal services through LCCRSF's intake process.
